PowerSchool Info and Login

CTECS uses PowerSchool as its Student Information System (SIS).

The PowerSchool Parent Portal provides parents and guardians with secure, real-time access to important student information, including attendance, grades, assignment details, discipline records, class schedules, teacher comments, and school bulletins. This allows families to stay informed and actively support their student's academic progress.

Parents and guardians can also sign up for automated email notifications to receive updates about their student's attendance and grades. At any time, they can log in to the Parent Portal to view the most current and detailed information.

Usernames and passwords for Parent Portal accounts are provided by your school's main office.

With PowerSchool, you can access:

Parent Portal Single Sign-On Directions

  1. Go to the Powerschool Parent/Guardian website - https://ctecs.powerschool.com
  2. Log in using the parent/guardian Powerschool ID and password
  3. If you are using the PowerSchool App from a previous district, you must delete the old app and install the new app. Enter the CTECS district CODE SZQC
  4. If you forgot your password, please click on Forgot Password tab, you will be sent a link to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within 10 minutes.
  5. If you forgot your user name please click on the tab Forgot Username tab. Please note: The email address in ParentSquare is usually the email address of your PowerSchool Account. If this doesn’t work please contact your school for your username to your powerschool account.
